Owing to copyright issues, the makers of Rambo Ranjha, which stars Jazzy B and Monica Bedi, have decided to change the movie title to Romeo Ranjha. Sources say the producers are not taking any chances, and with this decision they have avoided eventually the controversy.
The action-packed flick will see Jazzy B indulging in some death-defying stunts along with actor Garry Sandhu. The movie is being made by Gunbir Singh Sidhu and Manmord Sidhu of White Hill Basic Brothers Productions. “Both of them sat and took a decision in this regard,” a source said.

Also, on the film’s official facebook page, the unit posted, “Dear friends, the theatrical trailer release of our film has been postponed to 6 th April now. This has happened because we have received a notice from the makers of film ‘RAMBO’ not to use rambo in the title RAMBO RANJHA. Because of this, we have changed the title of the film to ROMEO RANJHA. Please keep loving and supporting. From producers Gunbir Singh Sidhu & Manmord Sidhu.”
When contacted Gunbir Singh Sidhu said, “We had used Rambo for Jazzy B because of his hit song rambo rambo and now we are changing it to Romeo, which again is his superhit number. We are happy with Romeo Ranjha as well.” Talking about the movie, the producers said, “This is the story of Romeo and Ranjha, two Punjabis who travel to Thailand to fulfill their dreams. The two meet and instantly become very good friends. So what happens next? Are they able to fulfill their dreams?”
